You get three hints...
1. I wore a reindeer shirt and old ripped jeans.
2. I wore rain~boots.
3. We had to rearrange the furniture.
(*Notice how dad's excited and Brock is well...)
Hmmm.... Lets see, It has to do with a shoe. (A special shoe that represents something.) And you do something with that shoe... you put it (or hang it) on something... What was it?.... Oh yeah! A TREEE!!!!!!! xD Woohoo!!! :)
