i'm horrible at titles.

I am. So, I might as well just come out and say it. I'm horrible at titles. Sometimes (very rarely) I'll think of something clever to use as a title, but i feel like I'm always racking my brain for a title heading. So today... this is as good as it's gonna get. ;)


I'm sitting here on the couch watching my brother and dad play virtual baseball. On the PS2. Scissors, pens, scraps of paper and glue sticks are lying around on the floor and coffee table. I was attempting to make myself some cute, inspirational cards to write bible verses on and hang by my bed. I must admit only a couple turned out the way I had hoped. But, none the less I was able to exert some of my creative juices tonight. This way I won't be dreaming about cute projects with paper and poems.

 I've been really into simplifying my room (and life) lately. Part of simplifying (for me) is replacing things I need and look at everyday, such as lamps, blankets, and clothes, that I don't necessarily like the color or look of, with things that I love. That why I'm not looking at clutter that I hate all day long. It might still be a bit of clutter, but at least I like what I'm looking at! Ha. :) I recently rearranged my room a bit, and with our Zambia garage sale coming up in May, I've been throwing stuff out left and right. I've cleaned out my closet so many times this week that I looked at it today and said, "You can't get rid of any more! You like all these clothes!" I think I'm going a little over board, but I'm in the creative mood and I can't create when I'm suffocating with clutter.

My creative photography jucies are also getting smothered by a computer jammed packed with so many pictures that I can't upload anymore. I'm not very savy in the area of computers and I just never thought they might get filled up one day, and run out of space. (I know, dumb right?) So, I am now learning the art of backing up my pictures onto a hard drive so that I can take and edit more! Haha, it's the circle that never ends. Hopefully now I'll be a bit more organized.

Well, I'm really tired because I went on a run this afternoon. I went with 3 other friends and we practiced sprinting up 3 hills. Whew! We have a race (the Shamrock Run) coming up on Sunday, March 18th so we were out training together. It was lovely weather today! Spring just might be upon us. ;)
